The goal

Managers in offices live between paper, e-mail and phone calls: decisions wait, tasks are forgotten and letters have no owner. Idara puts every decision, task, letter and meeting in one register with a clear owner.

What it shows

Approvals
Paths of up to five approvers, decisions with files, history by round, delegation while away.
Tasks
Tasks for me and my team, with numbers, deadlines and updates.
Correspondence
A real register of incoming and outgoing letters; a reply closes the incoming letter.
Meetings
Invitations, attendance, minutes and printable minutes with signature boxes.
Reports
On-time rates, decision times, team and department reports, print and PDF.
Safe updates
A database migrator and an update installer with backups, tests and automatic roll-back.

Security controls

ControlWhat it stops

Try it yourself

# PHP 8.1+ with pdo_sqlite (or MySQL). No framework, no Composer, no build step.
php -S 127.0.0.1:8080 # or upload the folder to any PHP hosting
# open http://127.0.0.1:8080/install.php → SQLite or MySQL → the first admin account
php seed.php # optional: demo data with users for every role

What I learned

  • In offices, the history of a decision matters as much as the decision.
  • Hijri and Gregorian dates, Arabic first: local details decide if people use a system.
  • A safe update path (backup, test, roll-back) is part of the product.
